IMPACT LEASING PVT LTD

Established in 1993, the company is primarily engaged in the business of financing two-wheelers at Ludhiana.  The Company was among the earliest NBFC’s to be registered with the Reserve Bank of India and follows all the prudential norms specified by the Reserve Bank.

Being one of the few companies in Punjab to have met the stringent norms of the Reserve Bank, it became eligible to collect fixed deposits.  An outstanding feature of its operation is the very low level of bad debts, which is a pointer towards its quality of professionalism and systems developed over time.  In contrast to other finance companies, which have seen reduced growth and lower returns over the years, Impact Leasing has maintained its performance and profitability in the face of severe competition from ICICI, HDFC Bank, etc thereby earning customer loyalty and delight.

The company is a profit making entity from the day one. The company is enjoying a credit limit of Rs.550 lacs from a nationalized bank. The rate of interest is 10.40 % per annum.  

Year wise turnover and profit of the company has been impressive despite the cyclical slowdown in the recent past.
